Purchase Restriction
State statutes and/or local ordinances prohibit the sale and possession of laser devices, folding stocks or other firearm parts in some areas. It is the responsibility of the customer to be in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Please contact your local law enforcement authorities before placing order from us. We reserve the right to refuse the customer's order bylaw.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment on orders to anywhere within the United States. For orders with separate billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to verify the order via email before shipment. We understand this may be an inconvenience in some cases; however it is necessary to help prevent against credit card fraud and also to prevent minors from obtaining replica guns. Please note if the shipping address does not match the billing address, please contact your financial institution to add the address on file. If authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.
We DO NOT accept CODs and personal checks.
For customers who wish to place an order without using a credit card there is an option at checkout which is Money Order or Cashier Check. Please add the order No. along with your payments. It takes 2-5 business days to clear the money order or cashier check. The shipping will be processed in 1-2 business days afterwards.

Shipping Information
The order will be shipped in 2-4 business day after the payment is received or cleared. Our business hours are 9 am to 5pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Time.
All shipping is done via USP or USPS. Orders over $160 receive FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING in 48 Contingent States. COUPON CODE REQUIRED: FREESHIPPING*.
If you refuse shipment, we will issue a credit for the product minus our shipping costs on receipt of the refused products at IronRhino Tactical. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee may be charged.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to notice the shipping date and tracking number. Since we use third party carriers (usually UPS or USPS) to ship our products, once the product has left our care, we have no control over delivery. However we will work with you to get any delivery problems resolved to the best of our ability.

Missing Items or Damaged Shipments
When you receive a shipment from IronRhino Tactical, please check the contents of your package immediately. We require that our customer reports any missing items or product damage within 3 days of receiving the package. We must report all damages immediately to the delivery service for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in the condition as it was delivered. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We cannot accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost, but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete.

Backorder Policy
If we are temporarily out of stock on items you ordered, we will contact you. We will give you the option of cancelling, exchanging to a similar product, or wait and we will ship it as soon as we receive it. Usually you will not be charged for those items until they are ready to ship. Any exceptions to this policy will be discussed with you via email or telephone. We may perform an extensive validation of backorders, including verification of shipping and billing information, verification e-mail, and cardholder information and cardholder authorization. Please be patient during the order validation process.
Due to fluctuations in availability, we reserve the right to substitute items ordered with similar products of equal or greater value, at customer’s approval.
If you have received a partial shipment and do not want the backordered item(s) please email us immediately. We will cancel any backorders that have not shipped in the interim.
Items used for law enforcement are billed immediately. However, they are only shipped after a thorough validation. This is a verification of the legitimacy of an order for restricted items.

Return and Exchange
All products come with limited warranty which ONLY covers manufacturer defects. You must contact IronRhino Tactical via e-mail prior to for a RMA # for merchandise returning authorization. We will do all we can to repair or replace products to your satisfaction. Please note all returned items are inspected. If the products are found to be not defective they will be returned to the customer at their expense. Any requests for an upgrade in shipping time on repair and/or replacement items will be charged to the customer.
We will not be responsible for the returning shipping cost. If you wish to receive a refund instead of an exchange, the restocking fee of up to 20% will be applied. Also shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The item must be returned in new condition with its original packaging and any accessories within 15 days of receipt of your order. The refund will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back. Items that are opened, used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, saleable condition cannot be returned. After 30 days from delivery date, please contact the manufacturer for repairing or replacement under their product warranty.
Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a refund.
For all returns / exchanges, the copy of invoice and explanation of return /exchange must be attached with the package.
IronRhino Tactical must authorize all merchandise returns. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Customers will be held liable and no refund will be issued for any merchandise that is returned without a RMA number.

Most of our scopes have limited lifetime manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Most of our laser sights and dot sights, unless noted otherwise, have one-year limited manufacture warranty. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use you may request a RMA# within 30 days of delivery and return the item with given RMA# for repair or replacement. After 30 days, please contact manufacturer for repair. The warranty is void if the item is altered or abused.
Some items will need to be returned to the importer or manufacturer for repair or replacement. We do not issue prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the product.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Disassembly by unauthorized personnel
  • Unreasonable use or mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to inner or outer components.
  • Failure to provide proper care, lubricants, or maintenance.
  • Lack of compliance with instructions from the owner’s manual.
  • Merchandise soaked in water, rusted, corroded, painted, or altered.
  • IronRhino Tactical reserves the right to determine what constitutes as unreasonable or excessive wear and tear or use.
